  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • Alka Power looks like any other water, how can I be sure I am not being ripped off?
    Alka power's unique patented process in achieving alkalinity is unlike any other on the Australian market, this is why we have maintained our #1 alkaline water brand status since 2015. The ocean sourced minerals that are infused into Alka Power are highly bioavailable to enhance hydration at a cellular level. These minerals also make the alkalinity stable and less susceptible to oxidation. Oxidation will cause a rapid decline in pH once the bottle is opened in brands that use electrolysis to achieve their increased pH.
  • Why is my pH home test kit showing a pH below 9-10?
    Results vary depending on your chosen method of assessment, but home testing rarely ever shows an accurate reading of Alka Power's pH. This is due to litmus strips being designed for more potent substances such as bodily fluids and soil. Water requires sensitivity that only a calibrated pH meter can provide. pH indicator drops all vary in their results and the colour is a loose indicator that can open to interpretation. Alka Power calibrates the pH meters used on site through an independent company every month. These meters are used to test at 2 hourly intervals throughout the duration of production.
  • Why is Alka Power consisting of at least 99% Australian ingredients?
    The 1% of non-Australian ingredient content is the patented natural and ethically sourced ocean minerals, sourced from America. The natural spring water that is sourced on site in the pristine location of the Southern Highlands of NSW. This water is filtered through these minerals to naturally raise the pH to a high 9-10. Alka Power has a long and stable shelf life that has proven to surpass its allocated two-year best before date.
  • Is Alka Power Natural?
    Yes, Alka Power is 100% Natural and contains no additives. Our alkaline level is raised naturally removing all 'nasties' before activating the water with a patented filtration process. This natural patented process results in a stable pH level of between 9-10 and the clean crisp taste that Alka Power is renowned for.
  • Where can I source the 10L bulk packs?
    Alka Power 10L bulk packs are currently only available in approximately 75% of Woolworths stores. This product ranging will look to expand in due course, so watch this space.
  • I am having problem sourcing your product, how can I rectify this?
    We encourage you to speak with the Store Manager to ensure adequate stock is available. During times of hot weather, the supply chain can be under a great deal of pressure and in some cases, short supply cannot be avoided due to Alka Power being highly sought after. If the replenishment is a stock minimum setting or stock on hand discrepancy issue, bringing it to the attention of a Store Manager may help to rectify the issue.   • Do you supply direct to customers?
    Australia is a country of great expanse. To keep Alka Power affordable for our loyal customers, we supply our heavy product in pallet quantity to our distributors to reach the vast and wide range of retailers to facilitate reliable supply across the country. To distribute in carton via courier and with additional handling, significantly increases the cost.
  • Can I become too alkaline by drinking Alka Power?
    Due to modern lifestyles of exposure to high stress, alcohol, processed food, sugar, meat and dairy consumption; most people are running on a highly acidic system. Alka Power is an easy delivery system to restore the pH balance. Maintaining a healthy pH balance has been well documented to boost the body's defence against inflammation, disease and illness.
  • Does Alka Power contain chlorine or fluoride?
    Alka Power is made with natural spring water and therefore doesn't contain chemicals commonly found in tap water. Further to this, all impurities and inactive earth minerals are filtered out to create pure water prior to infusing with active marine minerals. Trace amounts of natural fluoride remain within the spring water, however, this is not the same as the synthetic chemical fluoride added to tap water and the levels are so insignificant, that they are classified as equivalent to zero in any event.
  • What is the benefit of drinking Alka Power?
    The human body contains up to 75% water. Water is essential for health and is necessary for numerous bodily functions, such as temperature regulation, cellular function & waste removal.
